Born in Pompeii, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Maria (Gais) Cristanio. She had lived in North Providence for the past 39 years. She had worked as the switchboard operator for Fatima Hospital for the past 30 years.
Besides her husband she is survived by her sons: Charles Gaskin, Jr. and Jonathan Gaskin, both of North Providence and a grandson Thomas Gaskin. She was the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral was held Wednesday November 21, 2012 from the from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial was private
