Michael S. Rose, 52, of Derry, NH, died Saturday November 17, 2012 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Burlington, MA on October 14, 1960, a son of Jean (Walker) Rose and the late Stuart Rose. He had been a resident of Derry for the past 18 years, formerly living in Burlington, MA. He enjoyed hockey, sports, watching the Patriots, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother of Burlington; he is survived by his wife Stephanie (Rosa) Rose of Derry; one son, Timothy Rose of Derry; two daughters, Allyssa Rose and Christina Rose both of Derry; two sisters, Cathy Forst of Colorado Springs, CO, and Carol Rose of Hudson, NH; as well as three nephews, one niece, one grandniece and several cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Steven Rose.
Following cremation, a memorial gathering was held Tuesday, November 20th from 5-9pm at VFW, 18 Railroad Ave., Derry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Service Credit Union to The Rose Family Account. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
