Obituary

James Gramo, a former Taunton resident died Tuesday Nov. 13 2012 in Santa Cruz, CA. peacefully in his sleep, he was 93 years of age. He was the husband of the late Elveda (Medeiros) Gramo. Mr. Gramo was born in Albania, son of the late Stafan and Tane (Dhimi) Gramo. He worked for Reed and Barton for many years as a metal spinner. He served in the Untied States Army during WWII. Mr. Gramo was a memeber of the Mason's, Shriners, Scotish Rite, Elks Club and the Travelers Club in the Cape. He had a passion for gardening and beekeeping,and loved grafting fruit trees. His quick wit, humor and playfulness were present to the end. He is survived by one daughter Joanne Gramo of CA, one son Steven Gramo and his wife Cheryl of FL, one grandaughter Amie Gramo of FL and many nieces and nephews. His funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00am at the Taunton Funeral home which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visting hours will be Monday from 4-8pm
A Masonic Service will be held at 7:30pm arrangements made by the Taunton Funeral Home 8 Crapo St. 508-821-7771
