Alden, Mary E. ‘Reed” of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester, passed away November 15, 2012.
Daughter of the late Charles and Louise Reed.
Niece of Sr. James Messenger of Sisters of Charity in Wellesley.
Loving sister of Sandra McCracken of Whitman, Bernice Mandaville of Westboro, Ronald Reed of Weymouth, Charles Reed and his wife Carol of Danbury, NH, Timothy Reed and his wife, Jean, of Nashua, NH, William Reed of Pheonix, AZ, James Reed and Paul Reed both of Abington, Judith Reed of Brockton, Richard, Robert , and Donna Reed all of Quincy, Charlene Reed and her boyfriend, John Heinonen of Stoughton, and the late Peter Reed.
Aunt and best friend to Paula Reed and Nana to Peter Reed. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.
Burial will be private.
