KELLY John W. “Jack” of West Roxbury formerly of Mission Hill, age 70, Nov. 13, 2012. Passed peacefully with family. He is survived by his sisters M. Kelly Farquharson of Mission Hill and Mary H. Kelly of West Roxbury. He is pre-deceased by his brothers Coleman “Joe” and Francis P. He is the son of the late Coleman and Nora (Leonard) Kelly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Friday, Nov. 16th. at 10:30am. at the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Mission Church). Interment is private. Jack is a retired employee of New telephone Co. Donations may be made in Jack’s memory to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 185 Pilgrim Rd. Boston, Ma. c/o Care and Comfort Unit.
