LOWELL--Florence J. (Zinfon) Keegan, 70, of Lowell, former resident of Billerica, died Monday June 14, at the Winchester Hospital.
She was born in Cambridge, on March 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Mahoney) Zinfon, and was a graduate of Cambridge High School. She had been employed as a Switchboard Operator by the former Bay Bank, in Burlington.
Surviving her are a three daughters and one son in law: Nancy and Frank Espinola, of Dracut; Jeanmarie Keegan, and Brenda Jordan, both of Dracut; a son and daughter in law: Kenneth and Kathleen Keegan, of Merrimac; ten grandchildren: Frank, Cassandra, Daniel and Andrew Espinola, of Dracut; Sandra Keegan, of Lowell, Haley, Sean and Kendall Keegan, of Merrimac, and Heather and Jennifer Jordan, of Dracut, a sister: Helen Miller, of Dover, NJ; a niece Lillian Sims of, Jacksonville, FL, a brother and sister in law, Robert and Kay Rusconi, of Brockton; also many friends at 8 Merrimack Street.
She was the wife of the late John Keegan and sister of the late Virginia Byrd.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 PM on Thursday, June 17th, at the MAHONEY FUNEAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). Her Funeral Mass to be offered Friday, June 18th, at 9 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH. Burial in the Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
