WORCESTER-Corinne E. (Hansen) Kleczka, 74, of 18 Knowles Road, formerly of 11 Briarcliff Street, died Monday, June 14th at home. Her husband of 52 years, Donald W. Kleczka died in January. She leaves 2 daughters, Patti J. Ruderman with whom she lived and Karen M. Gem of Webster, 2 brothers, Leonard Hansen of Oxford and Paul Hansen of Worcester, 4 sisters, Pauline Merriam and Patty McIntire both of Leicester, June Solomon and Carol Hehir both of Worcester, 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey P. and Matthew R. Ruderman and Scott McCarthy all of Worcester, 3 great grandchildren, Amanda M., Allison M. and Ashley N. Ruderman, several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother, William Hansen and 2 sisters, Marie Richardson and Joan Young.
She was born in Auburn the daughter of Eno and Stella (Forand) Hansen and graduated from Auburn High School where she was very active in all sports including cheering. Mrs. Kleczka worked at Montrose Ice Cream in Auburn many years ago and also at Thom McAn Shoe as a secretary in the treasurer’s office for 15 years. After her career at Thom Mcan Corinne dedicated her life to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The funeral is Friday, June 18th with a service at 11:30 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 10:30 until 11:30 AM the morning of the funeral.
