WEAVER, WILLIAM ROBERT, 93, passed away November 10, 2012 at Baptist Hospital East.
He was a member of Shively Christian Church and Plumb Masonic #862. Robert was a supervisor for Tube Turns and a Navy veteran of World War II.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Gertrude Johnson.
Survivors include his son, Robert A. Weaver, Sr. (Pat); grandchildren, Robert "Skip" (Cathy), Darrell (Karen), Joe (Julie), and Jeanine Gibson (Mark); 11 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Virginia Alexander and Mary Elizabeth Seligman.
Funeral service will be 11a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Monday, 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
