FRICK, Carl Leighton, 89, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, November 08, 2012.
Carl and spent his childhood at Milton Hershey School for Boys in Hershey, PA. Carl was a veteran of World War II and followed with a career in the wholesale meat business in Louisville.
Carl is preceded by in death by his first wife, Alice Bauer, as well as all his siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Marie; son, Joseph; Marie’s daughters, Karen Bradley, Pamela Herbert, Debbie Sample and Bambi Ray; 16 grandchildren, including Crissy Hopkins and Lori Sanchez; 21.5 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass will be 10am Monday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Saturday and Sunday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road.
