Obituary

Fall River… Norman J. LeBlanc, 79, of Fall River passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Care Center following a short illness.
Born November 16, 1932 in New Brunswick, Canada, he was a son of the late Anthony M. and Florida (Levesque) LeBlanc, and had lived in Fall River for the past 70 Years.
Mr. LeBlanc was a member of the former Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, he retired as a Bread Baker at the former Bertha’s Bakery after 42 Years.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Constance (Ledoux) LeBlanc, and 7 living children, Debra Hajder of Fall River, Connie LeBlanc of Fall River, Steven LeBlanc of Texas, Robert LeBlanc of Taunton, Linda Lobao of Chelmsford, Susan Plante of Fall River, and Paul LeBlanc of Hawaii. He had 1 daughter, Gail LeBlanc, who passed away in 2009. He had 3 living sisters, Doris Gray of Westport, Ann Wolfe and Antoinette Fournier, both of Florida and 1 brother, Gerard LeBlanc, of Texas. He had 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He had many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 6-7:45 PM at the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA
Memorial Service, to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held right after the visitation at 7:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. LeBlanc’s name can be made to the Sarah Brayton Nursing Home Activities Fund, 4901 N. Main St. Fall River, MA 02720.
