TAUNTON – Barbara E. (Burleigh) Rascicot, a Taunton area resident for the past fifteen years, died at her home on Nov. 2, 2012.
She was 66.
Born and raised in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Evelyn (Bates) Burleigh.
Employed by Montillio’s Bakery in Quincy as a cake decorator for a number of years, Barbara enjoyed horses, horseback riding, and sewing.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include three daughters, Sherrie Weatherby and her husband Alton of Taunton, Sandra Anderson and her husband Scott of NC, and Bonnie Lento and her husband Richard of RI; a brother, Robert Burleigh of ME; three sisters, Virginia Dalhquist of FL, Elizabeth Halpern of Stoughton, and Deidra King of AZ; a great nephew, Christopher DiPrimio; and six grandchildren.
Private services will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH on Saturday, Nov. 10th.
