Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Born in Chelsea and president of Chelsea High School Class of 1973, Francis passed away unexpectedly Monday at the age of 57. A supervision for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority retiring in 2007 after 33 years he was principle officer and business agent for Teamsters Local 127, member of the Salem-Derry Elks Lodge 2226, Chelsea Knights of Columbus #83 and was associated with the Fox Hill Yatch Club in Saugus.
