Therese D. Tessier 81, formerly of Cumberland, died Monday, October 29, in the Oakland Grove Health Care Center. She was born in Manville, a daughter of the late Narcisse and Rosilina (Leclerc) Tessier. She was a Manville resident most of her life. Miss Tessier worked for the Milford Shoe Co. for many years before retiring in 1996.
She is survived by her companion Janet Allen and her brother Narcisse Tessier Jr. of Cumberland.
Her funeral with Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM in St. James Church, Division St. Manville.
Burial will be private.
At the family’s request flowers will be respectfully omitted.
