Goldberg, Ruth, 89 of Everett passed away on November 4, 2012. Ruth was born in Malden and resided in Everett. She was a resident of Everett for 84 ½ years. Ruth was educated in the Everett schools and a graduate of Everett High School. She was the assistant to the president of American Textile Company in Boston. She was a member of Congregation Tifereth Israel of Everett Sisterhood, Hadassah (former Woman of the Year). Ruth was also a volunteer at the Cohen Florence Levine Estates.
Ruth was the loving daughter of the late William Goldberg and the late Sadie Goldberg. She was the dear sister of the late Nathan Goldberg and his wife Florence. She was the loving aunt of Jonathan Goldberg and Laura Goldberg. Ruth will be sorely missed by her many dear friends.
Graveside services will be held at the Tifereth Israel of Everett Cemetery, 232 Fuller St. Everett on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home Foundation, 165 Captains Row Chelsea, MA 02150.
