Dorothy D. (Berube) Osborn, 89, of Derry, NH died Friday November 2, 2012 in the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry. Mrs. Osborn was born in Nashua, NH on March 25, 1923, a daughter of the late, Eugene and Edna (Hartshorn) Berube. She had been employed by the Klev-Bro Shoe Co. in Derry for many years. She enjoyed word search and crossword puzzles and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her two grandchildren, Patrick D. Osborn of Candia, NH, and Pamela Jean Osborn of Nashua, NH; and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Osborn in 1979, her son, William E. Osborn in 2010, her grandson, Billy Osborn, and by her brothers, Eugene Berube and Bobby Berube.
Following cremation, graveside services will be held at the Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
