Phoebe M. White, 93, died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold White and mother to Elizabeth M. White of Johnston.
Born in Cranston to the late James and Mary Rose Lombardi, she lived in Johnston most of her life.
Phoebe also leaves two sisters in law, Grace White of Portsmouth and Barbara Andrews of Tiverton; six nephews, David Andrews and his wife Joanne of Cranston, Dennis Andrews and his wife Cheryl of Warwick, Douglas Andrews of Cranston, Rev. Peter Andrews of Tiverton, Matthew Andrews and his wife Keri of Sayreville, NJ and Michael Andrews of Stanhope, NJ. as well as several great and great great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will take place at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, Johnston on Monday, October 29th at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are invited.
