Manchester– Yvette A. Walsh, 75, died October 22, 2012 at her home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Newport on January 6, 1937 the daughter of Oscar and Roseann (Danis) Gentes.
She graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing and was a registered nurse at Elliot Hospital and Hillsborough County Nursing Home.
She loved her family, her dog Fifi and enjoyed reading.
She was predeceased by her husband, John E. Walsh on January 21, 2004.
Family members include 2 daughters; Cheryl A. Boisvert and her husband Richard, Kimberly Walsh, all of Manchester, 4 grandchildren; Jessica M. Guillemette, Kate L. Guillemette, Kianalynn M. Anderson, Kyler M. Anderson, 2 great grandchildren, Abigail V. Guillemette, Patrick A. Guillemette, 3 brothers; Adrian Gentes of Florida, Armand Gentes of NC. Andre Gentes of Florida, 1 sister; Annette Piper of Derry, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Lucien Gentes and Rollin Gentes.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A funeral service will take place at 7:30 PM during calling hours.
In lieu of flowers donations will be determined at the service.
