Veronica Ellen (Appleby) Odone, 90, passed away on October 4, 2012 surrounded by her family. Veronica was born on August 5th, 1922 In Weymouth. She was the oldest child of Henry and Sophia (Schultz) Appleby and the older sister of the Late Ruth Jones and Henry “Buddy” Appleby.
She was the wife of the Late Francis Ridgley Odone of New Jersey, they were married at the Methodist Church in Hull, MA on April 16, 1949.
She is survived by her children: Sharon Khaw of Milton, MA, Jannette Rowsell of Weymouth, MA and Russell Odone of South Thomaston, ME, her grandchildren Julia, Larah, Alexander, Adam-Ridgley, Jill, Aric, Kylea, Veronica and Vivian and 12 great grandchildren.
