Jacob Rhodus age 29, of Indianapolis died at his residence in Indianapolis after a sudden illness.
He was born in Anderson to Ronald Rhodus and Robin (Dorris) Cremeens. He graduated from Lawrence Central High School and Indiana University where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.
He was a realtor and property manager for Silver Realty in Indianapolis.
He was a member of Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his mother Robin Cremeens of Ft. Myers, FL, his grandparents Marilyn and Robert Dorris; step brother Joey Cremeens of Washington DC; step sisters Christie Cremeens of Tampa and Jennifer Cremeens of Greenville, NC; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and his beloved dog, Tegan.
He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Rhodus and his step-father Joe Cremeens.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 14 4:00 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church; 230 W. 9th Street; Anderson with Rev. Ryan Rasmussen and Pastor Donna Madewell officiating.
The visitation will be from 1 PM until 4 PM at the church.
Memorial contributions may be given to Indianapolis Humane Society.
