Jimmy Lott, age 57, of Hazlehurst, GA passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Lott was born on April 1, 1955, in Douglas, GA to Mildred Kitchens and the late James Willie Lott.
Mr. Lott is survived by: his mother. Mildred Kitchens, of Douglas, GA, one daughter, April Grimsley, of Nicholls, GA, one brother, Wendell Lott, of Jacksonville, FL, two grandchildren, Cheyenne Peeler and Tanly Hodge, four stepchildren, Mike (Becky) Carter, Tonya (John) Leggett, Pete Carter, and Chris (Linda) Carter, six step grandchildren, Maci Carter, Emily Carter, Christy Carter, Corey Carter, McKenzie Carter, and Johnathan Leggett, special friend, Shirley Carter, of Hazlehurst, GA.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2 :00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Clifford Kirkland officiating. Interment followed at Calvary Full Gospel Tabernacle Church Cemetery.
