WORCESTER - Donna Marie Audette, 44, of Worcester died Sunday, June 6 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center - University Campus after a long illness.
She leaves her mother Blanche L. (Allard) Audette; her father Normand O. Audette of Millbury; two brothers Frederick A. Audette of Auburn and Normand R. Audette of Millbury; a sister Debra A. Pousland of Millbury; her significant other Nicholas G. Mastromatteo of Worcester; 1 nephew; 7 nieces and her former husband Richard Vitkauskas. Miss Audette is predeceased by a sister Denise L. Audette.
Miss Audette graduated from Millbury High School and David Hale Fanning Trade School.
She worked as a phlebotomist for UMASS Memorial Medical Center for many years retiring in 1991 due to illness. She previously worked for SmithKline Lab.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, June 10 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street, Worcester with a mass at 10 AM in St. Brigid's Church, 59 Main Street, Millbury. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, June 9 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
