Obituary

Judith A.(Coit) Fiaschetti, 70, of Raynham, formerly of Halifax, died on Monday October 8th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center, after a period of failing health. She was the beloved wife of 47 years to James Fiaschetti.

Judith was born and brought up in Rockland, daughter of the late Manuel and Ethel (Delano) Coit and was a graduate of Rockland High School.

She was a resident of Halifax for many years before moving to Raynham 10 years ago. Judith was a self-employed hairdresser in her younger years and then became a home health aide, helping people, as well as, being a loving housewife and devoted mother.

She had been a volunteer for the Cub Scouts and the 4-H Club. Judith enjoyed being with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband James, she is survived by her sons Anthony Fiaschetti and his wife Mary Ann of Assonet, Michael Fiaschetti and his wife Melissa of NH, her brother, Robert Coit of Avon; also her grandchildren, Destiny, Haley and Joseph, many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Gina Fiaschetti and the sister of the late Leo Coit and Mary Esposito.

Her services will be held on Friday October 12th at 10:00AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman, MA. Visitation will be on Thursday October 11th from 5:00-8:00PM.Burial will be in the Central Cemetery ,Halifax.Donations may be made in her name to the American Parkinson Disease, 72 East Concord St. C-3, Boston, MA. 02118 or www.apdama.org
