Lucille M. Lott, 88, of Ocilla, Georgia formerly of Orlando, Florida died Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at the Osceola Nursing Home in Ocilla.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the First Alliance Church in Orlando, Florida. Visitation will be held one hour before services at the church. Carey Hand Funeral Home, Orlando, FL is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lott was born June 28,1924 in Orlando, Florida to the late Willard K. and Nina Virginia Novinger Lott. She was a graduate of Orlando High School. Mrs. Lott was retired from Sun Trust Bank in Orlando where she was an administrative assistant. She was a member of Professional Secretaries of America and was an active member of First Alliance Church, Orlando, where she sang in the choir for over 40 years. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.
She is survived by son Gerald “Jerry” & Clarice Lott of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Denise & Scott Romanoski of Thomasville, Randy & Candie Lott of Hahira and Susan & John Ayres of Monroeville, AL; great grandchildren: Jason Bradley, Bethany Bradley, Cason Lott, Faith Ayres, Jim Ayres and Catherine Ann Ayres; great great grandson, Hayes Bradley; sisters: Ruth Mauldin of Jacksonville, FL, Mildred Smith of Orlando, and Mary Alice McElwee of Orlando; brother: George Lott of Fernandina Beach, FL. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
