Hugh Clinton Hall, 74, of Woodlawn, TN, died on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at his residence. He was born on March 31, 1938 in Stewart County, Tennessee to the late Willie C. Hall and Terese George Hall. He was also preceded in death by his oldest grandson, Jonathon David Hall.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Thomas Lynch officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. and Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Hugh was a christian, member of New Providence Church of Christ, and a retired Civil Service employee.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Johnson Hall of Woodlawn, TN; two sons, Steven D. Hall of Anchorage, AK and Timothy C. Hall of Woodlawn, TN; brother, Bobby Neal Hall of Clarksville, TN; three grandchildren, T.C. Hall, Jessica L. Hall, and Tristyn Hall; and two great granddaughters.
Pallbearers will be Buddy Sholar, Bobby Ladd, Gene Jackson, Jesus Lopez, Julian Johnson, and Wayne Shelby. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Baker and Robert Ragin.
