Leonard, Donna D. (Schermerhorn) of Quincy, passed away October 4, 2012. surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of 50 years to Paul K. Leonard, Jr.
Loving mother of Paul K. Leonard, III, and his wife, Michelle, of Marshfield, Robert M. Leonard, and his wife, Kristin, of Rockland, Debra A. DeLisle, and her husband, Donald, of Taunton, and Scott M. Leonard and his wife, Julie, of Norwell. Adored Nana to Jake, Brian, Rose, Caitlin, Julia, and Abigail. Sister of Walter Schermerhorn of New York, Robert Schermerhorn of Weymouth, John Fischel of Florida, and Linda Fischel of Bourne. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Born in Boston, she had lived in Quincy for many years as a homemaker. Donna enjoyed travelling, loved her trips with her family to Disney World, Foxwoods, reading, casinos, and was an avid sports fan, especially enjoyed following the Patriots.
Her family was the center of her life and will be sorely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.
Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
