Michael Foster, 53 of Salem, N.H. died Monday October 1st at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, Mass.
Mike was raised in Salem and graduated from Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, Mass. Mike was a veteran of the United States Army and also a member of the Knights of Columbus in Methuen, Mass. Mike enjoyed spending time with his children, playing softball, darts and pool.
Mike was predeceased by his mother, Anne "Nancy" (Melia) Foster
He is survived by his children, Kristen and Michael Foster of Salem, N.H., his father Boyce Foster of Salem, N.H., brother Jack Foster, sisters Joyce Pike and brother-in law Steve Pike and Susan Wall and husband Gerry Wall of Salem, N.H.
Mike also left behind nieces and nephews, Gregory, Christopher and Matthew Pike, Andrew and Julie Wall and Amanda, Nicole and Sean Foster.
Calling hours will be Wed., Oct. 3rd from 4-8 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
The Funeral Mass will be Thurs. at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem. Burial is in Pine Grove Cemetery.
