Donna Marie Forgione, age 49 of Arlington formerly of North Reading died Wednesday at her home following a brief illness. She was the former wife of Michael Forgione. Donna was born in Winchester, the daughter of Alice (Carmody) of Arlington and the late Paul Dorrington. She is a graduate of Arlington Catholic High School, class of 1981. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Donna served as a Girl Scout Leader for both of her daughters.She was an avid reader and music lover. In earlier years she had produced some beautiful hand made jewelry. Donna was always smiling and full of energy. She is survived by her four children, Michael Forgione and his wife Deirdre of Nashua NH, Ashley Rose, James and Taylor Dawn Forgione all of North Reading. Loving grandmother of Maxx Rocknroll Forgione and Oliver Zeppelin Forgione of Nashua NH. Dear sister of Ted Dorrington and his wife Eileen of CT, Maureen Raymond and her husband Tony, of Winchester, Barbara Bowers and her husband T.K. of Tyngsboro, Charleen Costa and her husband John of Tewksbury. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her beloved dog Taz
Friends may call on Tuesday Oct. 2, from 4-8 at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Agnes Church, 30 Medford St., Arlington, Wednesday Oct. 3, at 10:00 am.
