ORRENDER, Damon Harold “D.O” “Bubbles”, 71, of Shively, passed away September 27, 2012 at Jewish Hospital. He was the son of the late, Charles Edward and Esther Leigh Orrender, and retired from the city of Louisville Improvement Division and a member of Teamsters Local 783.
Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Alma R. (Allgood) Orrender; sons, Anthony D. “Tony” (Christy) of Guston, Ky, David Andrew (Sharon), and Denver Alan; grandchildren, Travis Bryan, Charles Anthony, and Leah Mae; brother, Charles Randall Orrender; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will 11am Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2-8 at the funeral home.
