LEE, Hazel (Lee), 92, passed away September 28, 2012 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Alabama and was a homemaker.
Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph T. Lee and son, James Donald Donaldson
Survivors include her daughters, Dorothy F. Waelde and Julia Mae Dominach (Jake); sons, Danny Ray Donaldson (Becky) and Robert Daniel Lee (Ruth); 12 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 12pm Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2-6 at the funeral home.
