Obituary

Androniki (Kotrotsios) Lafond, 78, of Manchester died September 21, 2012 after a lengthy illness.
Born in Greece on December 27, 1933, she was the daughter of Ioannis and Chrysoula Kotrotsios. She emigrated to the United States at the age of 15.
Prior to retirement she had been employed at various stores in the Manchester area.
Androniki will be remembered as a loving wife, aunt and sister who cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her nephews Dimitri and Nikos Kondylis and niece Evangelia Kondylis. She loved to cook and was very talented at interior decorating.
She was a longtime member of Assumption of Mary Greek Orthodox Church.
Family members include her husband, Normand Lafond of Washington; step-children, Tina Copsey, Dee Phillips, Michael Lafond, and Donald Lafond; her sister, Maria Georgoulas of Greece; her niece, Chrysoula Kondylis and her husband Ilias of Manchester, NH; their children, Dimitri, Evangelia, and Nikos; her niece, Athina Evangeliou of Barrington, NH; her great-nephew Kostas Evangeliou of Barrington, NH; and great-niece Maria and her husband Kostas and their children Nikos and George of Sarasota, FL.
The funeral service was held on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 111 Island Pond Road, with the Rev. Anthanasios Nenes officiating. Burial followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
