Obituary

NATICK: Deanne M. (Flynn) Keller, 67, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 following a brief illness.
She was born in Natick on June 23, 1945 the daughter of the late Francis W. Flynn and Rita G. (Walsh) Flynn.
Deanne was the beloved wife for 28 years of the late Ward W. Keller who died on April 2, 2012. She was the loving mother of Marc A. Venezia and his wife Amy of Sugar Hill, NH and the late Danielle M. Venezia who died in 2006. She was the sister of Robert M. Flynn and his wife Carole S. of Berwick, ME and William F. Flynn and his wife Jean of Harwich. She was the step-mother of Linda M. Corssmit and her husband Kees of Greenwood Village, CO; Jeanne M. Keller of Westfield; Anne M. Johnston and her husband Robert Jr. of Holliston; Paul W. Keller of Dorchester and Peter M. Keller and his wife Susan L. of Wayland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Deanne was a longtime resident of Natick and also resided in Wayland for several years. She graduated from Natick High School with the Class of 1963. She was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post in Natick and a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post 6260 of Wayland. She had a long career as a school bus driver and loved being with the children. For several years, she was with Michael Connolly Bus Services and many years with Ryder Transportation caring for children in Natick and Wayland. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her love and kindness.

Visitations will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Route 30), Wayland.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Parish at St. Zepherin’s Church, 99 Main St (Route 27), Wayland.
Interment will follow in the Keller family lot in St. Zepherin’s Cemetery in Wayland.
For those who desire, gifts in Deanne’s memory may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
