WEBSTER – Stella T. (Laskowski) Krok, 96, formerly of Batten Street, died Wednesday, September 12, 2012 in Webster Manor. Her husband, Andrew J. Krok, died in 1955.
She leaves a daughter, Patricia H. Allison and her husband Chet of Webster; 2 granddaughters, Jacqueline St.Cyr and Erin Allison; a sister, Anne Ankiewicz of Dudley; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, John M. Krok in 1988 and by her 4 brothers, Stanley, Benjamin, Chester and John Laskowski.
She was born in Dudley, a daughter of Adam and Aniela (Stawicki) Laskowski and lived in Webster for most of her life. She worked as a cementer at Sandlerette Shoe for many years before retiring in 1975. She was a member of Saint Louis Church.
The funeral will be held Saturday, September 15, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, with a Mass at noon in St. Louis Church, 14 Lake Street. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace. A calling period will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 in the funeral home.
