Shirley Mae Railey, age 67, of Ambrose, GA passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012, at Tift Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Railey was born on May 31, 1945, in Ambrose, GA to the late Otis Butler and Eliza Mae Swilley Butler.
Survivors include: her husband, Cecil Railey, of Ambrose, GA; one daughter, Shonta Railey, of Virgina; four sons, Johnny (Brenda) Railey, of Douglas, GA, Michael (Cathy) Railey, of Denton, GA, Chris (Pam) Railey, and Lamar Railey, both of Ambrose, GA; nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 7 from 7-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Lott officiating. Interment followed at Bethany Church Cemetery.
