Mr. Hoelzle was a Senior Vice president of Boiler Tube Co. of America, devoted Catholic, Navy veteran of World War II having fought in Normandy, he was raised in the Elliott section of Pittsburgh, and member of the former St. Martins Church (West End), and a 1950 graduate of Duquesne University.
