Lenora (England) Arms, age 84, received eternal peace with Christ her Lord Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, IN, following and extended illness.
She was born May 14, 1926 in Beechville, Kentucky, the daughter of McKinley and Maggie (Cane) England.
She moved to Anderson in 1952 and was employed by Guide Division of General Motors for 18 years retiring in 1989. She was a member of West Cross Street Missionary Alliance Church.
She loved cooking homemade meals for her family. Her husband James, who preceded her in death, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were the joys of her life.
She is survived by her 3 children, Carolyn ( Bill) Kruse , Larry (Fiancée Susan Jones) Arms , and Darrell (Debbie) Arms all of Anderson; 9 Grandchildren, Debbie Barron, Stacey Barron, Todd (Vikki) Barron, Michelle (Adrian) Snyder, Brian(Jenny) Arms, Devin Arms, Jason Jennifer) Arms, Jamie Arms, Jesse Arms;3 Step Grandchildren,Mike Kruse companion Terri), Randy(Kelly) Kruse, and Mariah Bliss; 8 Great Grandchildren, Dylan Barron, Gavin Barron, Emma Snyder, Mason Snyder, Aubrey Arms, Dustin Arms, Brooke Arms and Isaiah Allen; 4 step great grandchildren, Justin Richwine, Jon Kruse, Stella Kruse, and Ruby Kruse; 1 Brother, Pete England of Kentucky, 2 sisters, Flossie Houchins of Indianapolis, and Elizabeth Money of Mississippi and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Arms and brother, Henry England, and 3 sisters, Venie, Kathline and Cleminton
Service will be on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
with Pastor Bob Brown officiating.
Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday.
