Cecil Rosezella (Kelley) Rhoades, age 73 of Anderson died at St. John's Hospital in Anderson on June 16, 2011 after an extended illness.
She was born February 20, 1938 in Anderson, In where she resided her entire life.
She was a homemaker and the youngest of 16 children.
Cecil is survived by her 5 children: Roseanna (Bill) Aldridge of Anderson; Rick (Lisa) Holsinger of Anderson; Rhonda Smith of Connersville; Ranee Holsinger and Rusty Rhoades of Anderson; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings: Harley Kelley of Anderson; Geraldine Endricks of Wabash, IN; Jack (Shirley) Kelley of Oklahoma; Wayne (Nola) Kelley of Arizona; sister-in-law Bonnie Boyd of Middletown; several nieces and nephews and her life long best friend Janet Lawson of Anderson.
Preceded in death by her parents Avery D. and Rosa (Deer) Kelley, brothers: Thomas E. (Anna) Kelley, Walt Raines, Clinton Kelley, Harold Kelley and Donald Boyd, sisters: Bonnie Learns, Ruby Kelley, Imogene Hartman and an infant sister Oline Kelley.
Services will be on Monday, June 20 at 11:00 A.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Park View Cemetery in Alexandria. Friends and family may call on Sunday, June 19 from 1-4 P.M. at the funeral home.
