Terrance R. "Terry" Baker

Terrance R. "Terry" Baker, age 72 of Anderson, died at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis on October 12, 2011.
He was born February 18, 1939 to Robert G. & Florence R. (Jones) Baker in Anderson where he lived all his life graduating in 1958 from Anderson High School.
He served in the US Army Reserves.
He was a sheet metal worker and millwright for Delco Remy for 40 years before retiring in 1999.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 408 ; American Motorcycle Association for 61 years and Portland Vintage Bike Club.
He is survived by his wife Patricia L. (Johnson) Baker whom he married April 23, 1965 in Anderson; his mother Florence R. (Jones) Baker; his 2 sons: Todd G. (Lisa Hannah) Baker and Patrick A. (Lori) Baker; his sister Bonnie F. (Rodney) Jones all of Anderson; 5 grandchildren Gabrielle Baker, Savannah Hemminger, Chelsea Foster, Jordan Hannah and Sabrina Hannah; several nieces and 1 nephew
He was preceded in death by his father Robert G. Baker a brother David J.
Service will be on Saturday October 15, at 1:00 P.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ned Clark officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 10 until the service at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place, burial of cremated remains will be at a later date in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be given to American Cancer Society or Madison County Humane Society.
