Thelma P. (McColley) Riley, 94, of Anderson, died October 22, 2011 at Community Northview Nursing Home.
She was born, March 23, 1917 in Columbia City, Indiana the daughter of William M. and Viola (Alward) McColley.
She was employed by Guide Lamp for 30 years retiring in 1974.
She was a member of Bethany Christian Church, Association of Widowed People, Eagles and Moose Lodges. She was a member of Clowns and Company and her clown name was "Teet"
SURVIVORS: Her daughter, Gloria Ann (Willie) Norrod of Alexandria, 2 grandchildren: Andrea (Don) Knotts and Steven ( Lisa) Norrod. 6 great grandchildren, Michael (Kim) Knotts, Daniel (Kellie) Knotts, Benjamin Knotts, Hannah Knotts, Kyle (Casey) Norrod, and Curtis (Candace) Norrod; 1 great-great granddaughter, Kailey Norrod, and a sister, Donna Marie Fitch of Henderson, KY, several nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Parents; her husband, James W. Riley, and 3 sisters, Vera Lanane, Vivian Priddy, and Mary Senseney; a brother, Charles McColley.
A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2:00pm at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Kent Stookey officiating. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
