Mr. Paul N. Lockwood, a resident of North Andover and husband of Laurie (Tomlinson) died, surrounded by his family, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Saturday, September 1, 2012. Born in South Amboy, NJ on June 25, 1958, he was the beloved son of David and Alice (Cartwright) Lockwood. He will be missed by his loving children; Jesse and his wife Karla Lockwood, Erin Lockwood and Chelsea Lockwood, all of North Andover, devoted brothers; David and his wife Lara Lockwood of NC, Todd Lockwood of MA and Dean Lockwood of FL as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Paul served as the Shop Foreman for Gervais Lincoln in Lowell for 25 years
Paul was a talented mechanic and the type of person that could fix anything. He had a passion for motorcycles and classic cars. He enjoyed rebuilding American muscle cars. Paul loved his family and was a great father. He was a kind and caring person with a positive attitude and sense of humor that remained until the end.
Calling hours were held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, Thursday, September 6, 2012, from 4 to 8 PM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance.
