Manchester– Judith J. Hodgman, 74, died August 31, 2012 at Elliot Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Burlington, VT. on July 22, 1938 the daughter of Charles and Eleanor (Hill) Hubbell.
Prior to her retirement she had worked at Raytheon for over 23 years.
Family members include her significant other of 23 years, Willis A. Torrey of Manchester, 1 brother, Dick Hubbell of Manchester, 2 sisters; Claire MacDonald of Goffstown, Charlotte Hubbell of Manchester. She was a beloved aunt and second mother to her nieces and nephews, David Hubbell, Daryl Hubbell, Cheryl Hubbell, Tricia Randlett, Will MacDonald, Sandy and Frank Graichen, Deb and Andy Bresnahan, Pat and Buzz Harte, and several great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Wayne Hodgeman and a brother Charles “Sonny” Hubbell.
A memorial reception will be held on Monday from 11 AM to 12 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A prayer service will take place at 11:30 AM.
Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
