Tommy Steven Jaynes, age 55, of Anderson died at his residence March 29, 2012 after an extended illness.
He was born May 21, 1956 in Anderson to Lester A. and Nancy (Maxwell) Jaynes.
He was a surgery technician for various hospitals.
He was a master gardener.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Jaynes, his brother, Joe (Rebecca) Jaynes of Anderson; Gaynetta (Scott) McClain and family all of Georgia and Jackie (Randy) Schinlaub and family all of Kentucky; special friends Jim Harvey and Trudy Buckley; a special nephew Brian Jaynes (Rachel Smith) of Lacy, WA and several cousins.
Preceded in death by his father, Lester Jaynes, brother, Dennis Jaynes and his grandparents Cledeth (Annabell) Maxwell.
A Celebration of life services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Chesterfield Community Church of God with Pastor Wayne Sellers officiating.
Cremation will take place.
