Michele Denise “Micki” Hermann, age 61, formerly of Beaver Falls, left this earthly life on Sunday, July 1, 2012. She was an artisan and long-time resident of Cape Cod, Ma.
Micki enjoyed a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry and most recently worked for over 24 years at Capt. Parkers in West Yarmouth, Ma.
Born on September 24, 1950 in Beaver Falls, Pa., Micki was the daughter of the late John T. Hermann Sr. and Anna (Verbanick) Hermann.
She was a 1968 graduate of Beaver Falls Senior High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in her death by her two brothers, Paul Dennis “Denny,” on December 19, 1984; John Theodore “Teddy” on February 25, 2009; and a sister, Shelly Jo Hermann, on March 11, 1995.
Micki is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Sally Ann and George M. Paich, Lacey, Washington; Mary Lou Hermann, Sharpsburg, Pa.; several nieces and nephews; dear special friends Joanne Kurtz, Cathy-Flam Spatt and Carol Berk.
She will be laid to rest privately at the Beaver Cemetery and Mausoleum, in Beaver, Pa., where a private memorial service will be held.Burial arrangements are being handled by Casper Funeral Services of Boston, Ma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
