Steven Neal "Steve" Hiday, 54 of Anderson died July 12, 2012 at the Indiana Heart Hospital in Indianapolis after a year long illness.
Steve was born February 18, 1958 in Anderson to David L. and Mary (Crouch) Hiday. He graduated from Highland High School - Anderson in 1976.
He worked at Marsh Supermarket for 17 years.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lisa L (Clevenger) of Anderson whom he married January 18, 1980 in Chesterfield, IN; his mother Mary Hiday of Alexandria; Nicki Barker (fiancé Phil McGachey) of Boston, MA; Catlin (Blake) Humes of Anderson; 3 brothers: David R. (Tammy J.) Hiday of Middletown; John P. Hiday (Sherilyn Stanfield) of Terre Haute; James D. Hiday; 2 sisters Karen J. Hiday and Christy A. Hiday (Jeff Styche) all of Muncie; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, David L. Hiday in 1965; step-father Joseph Richard Hiday in 2005; and his half brother Thomas M. Hiday died during the Vietnam War in 1969.
Services will be Monday, July 16 at 2:00 P.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Kent Stookey officiating.. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service.
