Dorothy Louise Hunter, 84, of Clarksville, TN, died on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at her residence. She was born on February 25, 1928 in Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dorris Edwin Hunter, five brothers, and five sisters.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Springhill Cemetery in Madison, TN with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 8-11 a.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Dorothy was a devoted homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Donald Hunter (Carole) of Clarksville, TN, Michael Hunter (Pam) of New Orleans, LA, and Ben Hunter (Elizabeth) of Austin, TX; brother, Earl (Buddy) Hudson of White House, TN; two grandchildren, Michael and Charles Hunter; and one great grandchild, Malcolm Hunter.
