Dix, New Jersey; paternal grandmother: Dianne Carver Jowers Vickers, Titusville, FL. Mr. Jowers was preceded in death by: paternal grandfather: Richard Jowers and maternal grandparents: Rev. John Allen and Edna Hand.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home, Inc. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
