Theresa M. (Grady) Zink, 82, of Westport, died Monday, August 27, 2012 at Autumn Glen in Dartmouth after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Leo J. Zink.
Daughter of the late Patrick and Annie (Murphy) Grady, Mrs. Zink was born in Boston after her parents had immigrated to the United States from Ireland. She lived in Randolph prior to moving to Westport over fifteen years ago. Mrs. Zink was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Westport, enjoyed traveling with her sister and will be remembered as a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
Survivors include: her daughter: Barbara Pontolilo and her husband Brian of Westport; her son: Joseph L. Zink and his wife Heather of Needham, MA; 1 sister: Josephine Bransfield of NH; 6 grandchildren: Thomas, Kady, Grady, Shannon, William and Griffin and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Zink was the sister of the late John J. Grady.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. from the Potter Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, Westport, at 11:00 A.M.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-8 P.M.
Interment will be private.
