Mrs. Karen Harrington – Calabrese 53, a lifelong Medford resident died on Sunday in her home following a lengthy illness surrounded by her family. She is the wife of Paul Calabrese of Medford. Born in Medford, daughter of the late Joseph and Angelina Harrington she attended local schools. She worked as an office manager for a local telephone answering service.
In addition to her husband she leaves a daughter, Samantha Calabrese of Medford. She is the daughter in law of Jean Calabrese of Medford and the late Lucian Calabrese. Dear sister of Joseph L. Harrington Jr. and his wife Joan of Medford, Stephen Harrington and his wife Ellen of Woburn, Ann Cossette and her husband George of SC. Cherished aunt of Gina Calabrese of Salem, Kristen and Jeff Novack of Austin TX, Kathleen Harrington and Robert Knight of Derry NH, Keri and Ron Campo of Nashua NH. Great Aunt of Aidan Joseph Campo, our special angel of Nashua NH. Loving sister in law of Michael Calabrese of Dracut, John Calabrese of Lynn and his 3 sons Adam, Andrew and Timothy. Funeral from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home 306 Main Street Medford, Thursday at 9:00 am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
