HYATT, ANDREA "ANDI" LYNN, 36, passed away August 26, 2012 after an extended illness.
Andi was a resident of Miami, FL until moving to Louisville in October 2011 to live with her family. She is preceded in death by her father, Marion Hyatt.
Survivors include her mother, Rita Newcom Hyatt; brothers, Frank Robles (Teresa) and Robert Hyatt; sister, Aimee Salmon (Tony); caregiver, Jana Fugate; and extended family.
Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Thursday, 5 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m.
