Manuel “Mac” Andrade Jr., age 90 of Fall River, passed away Aug. 25, 2012. He was the beloved husband of the late Everill (Rasberry) Andrade and the son of the late Manuel and Herminia (Correia) Andrade. Prior to retiring, Mac worked for a Firestone Tire Co. store as a Tire Technician. He was also a US Navy Veteran of World War II.
Mr. Andrade is survived by his two sons: Gordon Andrade of Fall River and Richard Andrade (wife Doris) of Tiverton; three grandsons: Aaron, Ryan, & Brendon Andrade; two siblings: Alice A. Garcia of Bradenton, FL & Jordon Andrade of Fall River; several nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Mary Travis, Armond & John Andrade.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUN ERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on WEDNESDAY at 8:00 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 9:00 A.M. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours TUESDAY 5-8 P.M.
