Mary Jacquelyn Joiner Lott, age 80, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, August 21,2012, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Lott was born in Nicholls, GA on June 25, 1932, to the late Ben Joiner and Lucille Harper Joiner.
Survivors include: three daughters, Lourice Merritt, of West Green, GA, Mary White, and Judy Bennett, both of Ambrose, GA; three sons, Jimmy Lott, John Lott, both of Douglas, GA, and Acie Lott, of Douglas, GA; nineteen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one son Quincey Joe Lott.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22 from 6-9 pm at Sims Funeral Home.
Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 11 :00 a.m. at Hebron Church Cemetery with Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Interment followed at Hebron Church Cemetery.
